Hardware Device Problem:

If your having problem with your devices like your Sound Card or CD-ROM you should try to reinstall the device drivers. Open the device manager by pressing windows key and the pause/break key or from your system control panel. Scroll to your device, which has a problem on the list. If the problem dives is a Sound Card then go to the Sound Card on the list and click on it. Delete the device; you need to reboot your computer. Windows will find your hardware and reinstall the device divers for it. Have your device drivers CD ready and any the software for your dives. Windows will reinstall the drivers.
