Animation - Disable Windows Animation in XP

Start/Run/Regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics. In the right pane, select New/String. Name it MinAnimate. Set Value to 0. Exit/Reboot.
